After putting a photo on Facebook, officers have identified a few juveniles they want to speak with.

With the help of social media, authorities say they have a few people they want to speak to about an egging spree that impacted 70 cars over a week's time.

On Tuesday, Pohatcong Township police released on Facebook two photos of a group of juveniles leaving a store with a hefty supply of eggs. With the photos was a request for information about the youths' identities.

Looking for assistance with identifying the young men in these photo's. We are looking for them in connection with numerous vandalism cases within the area. Please contact Dsgt. Robb with any information.

Over two days, the post was shared more than 600 times and garnered almost 90 comments. Police Chief Jeffrey Greenmeir said Thursday that the juveniles have been identified.

It is not clear what their involvement was, but detectives plan to interview them as part of an ongoing investigation, the chief said.

No charges have been filed.
