Richard Lalevee and Nicholas Staada won first and second prize in the regional event.
The Forks of the Delaware District of the Minsi Trails Council held its annual Pinewood Derby on March 19. The race takes the top finishers from each pack in the district to determine the overall fastest car in the district.
Five Cub Scouts from Mansfield Township, representing Pack 222, took had great showings including: Richard Lalevee, who finished first overall with an average time of 2.504; Nicholas Staada, second, with an average time of 2.550; Nicholas Briganti, 22nd, with an average time of 2.592; Nathan Misertino, 45th overall with an average time of 2.608; and Aiden Knickerbocker, 49th overall with an average time of 2.615.
