Phillipsburg police, the Warren County Tactical Response Team and the prosecutor's office served a search warrant Tuesday night as part of the investigation into Monday night's nearby shooting.

They entered 948 Mill St. about 9:10 p.m, Detective Lieutenant Michael Swick said. They removed a dog. Police did not detail what else, if anything, was found in the home.

No one has been charged in the shooting, which police believe happened in the area of Steel Street and Griffith Alley, Swick said.
