Two men face charges after authorities targeted a Washington address.

Two Washington men face charges following a drug investigation last week that targeted a borough home where authorities say marijuana was sold in the presence of a infant.

Craig B. Fabian, 30, and Thomas J. Luster, 18, allegedly sold $200 worth of weed to five people -- including one informant -- on April 13 at Fabian's home in the first block of South Lincoln Avenue, according to charges filed at state Superior Court in Belvidere.

Both are charged with single counts each of fourth-degree drug possession, distribution and conspiracy after an investigation by the Warren County Prosecutor's Office narcotics task force.

Fugitive since 2009 arrested in P'burg

A 6-month-old child under Fabian's legal care was home during the deals and had access to drugs, according to one of the additional charges against him.

Fabian is also accused of hiding a pellet handgun in a bed and possessing an undisclosed amount of ecstasy.

Fabian was sent to the Warren County jail in lieu of $100,000 bail. It was not clear from court documents if Luster, of the 400 block of Route 57 in the borough, had been arrested. A message left at his listed address was not immediately returned.
