An Allamuchy Township man is accused of watching pornography and committing sexual acts with a 12-year-old.

DiPaola watched porn while he and the youth pleasured themselves on April 5, according to criminal charges filed in state Superior Court in Belvidere. They both knew each other, the charges indicate.
DiPaola was arrested Tuesday and appeared in court Wednesday, where he was sent to the Warren County jail in lieu of $75,000 bail.
