POHATCONG TWP., N.J. -- Hope 4 Horses will host an open house on Sunday, May 15.
There will be a variety of vendors, mounted drill team demos, free pony rides and 20 min. riding lessons by appointment, door prizes, a bake sale, face painting and more.
Hope 4 Horses takes in injured or maltreated horses and nurses them back to health. The horses then provide free therapeutic rides for people with special needs or those with troubled lives. The center also offers riding for abled bodied people of all ages.
The center recently moved from Pennsylvania to 50 Warren Glen Rd., Bloomsbury, N.J.
