Rain and fog are causing delays on westbound Interstate 78 in Hunterdon County on Friday, May 13, 2016.
Rain and fog combined with volume is causing heavy traffic delays on westbound Interstate 78 approaching Jugtown Mountain in Union Township on Friday, according to the state Department of Transportation.
Traffic is backed up east to exit 12. There are additional heavy delays on westbound Interstate 78 approaching the tolls at the Pennsylvania border in Warren County because of an accident on the Pennsylvania side of the expressway.
There are only minor delays reported on Route 22 in Phillipsburg in Warren County.
