A Washington teenager was taken into custody after police said he was shooting a BB gun at pedestrians.
The boy allegedly was firing shots at 5:51 p.m. Saturday in the first block of Carlton Avenue in Washington Borough. Washington Township police said the boy removed an orange tip from an air-soft gun and was shooting a BB gun M82 6-mm rifle at pedestrians.
The boy is charged with disorderly conduct. He was processed and released to a guardian, pending a court hearing in the Warren County juvenile justice system.
