PHS graduates Mandy Chan and Christiania Pepingco receive $2,000 scholarships.
Two Phillipsburg High School seniors were awarded scholarships for $2,000 by the Phillipsburg Rotary at a recently lunch meeting, held at Flynn's on the Hill.
Eric Simons, incoming Rotary president joined James Swick and Jerry Pandolfi in awarding the honors to graduates Mandy Chan and Christiania Pepingco.
