The senior running back/linebacker broke loose for 188 yards and two touchdowns on 15 carries in a 27-6 victory over North Plainfield. It was the Blue Streaks' first game since senior quarterback Evan Murray died from a lacerated spleen he suffered while playing against Summit on Sept. 25.
Deemer had touchdown runs of 35 and 46 yards in the second quarter to help stake the Blue Streaks to a 21-0 halftime lead.
