Marra, whose last known address is in the 400 block of Route 57 in Washington, is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and 250 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.
The prosecutor's office asks anyone with information about Marra to contact investigators via a tip line at 908-475-6643, the fugitive unit at 908-475-6272 or via fugitive@co.warren.nj.us.
