The one-vehicle rollover crash remains under investigation.
A scenic overlook ramp on Interstate 80 West in Warren County has reopened after an early morning crash that sent three people to the hospital, authorities report.
The rollover wreck involving a Jeep with a Pennsylvania license plate and four occupants was reported at 4:54 a.m. at mile marker 6.2 in Knowlton Township, New Jersey State Police said.
The ramp remained closed until about 9:30 a.m. as the state police fatal crash team investigated, which is standard in accidents involving serious injuries, police Sgt. Jeffrey Flynn and the New Jersey Department of Transportation said.
2 seriously hurt in rollover wreck
A woman was flown to St. Luke's University Hospital in Fountain Hill while a man was flown to Morristown Medical Center, Flynn said. Another man, with less severe injuries, was transported to a hospital in Newton, Flynn said.
The driver wasn't immediately identified. The crash remains under investigation, Flynn said. It's possible more information could be released later in the day, he added.
