The 27-year-old is to serve a 15 years in prison under a plea agreement.
A Pennsylvania man has admitted sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl and offering an international trip to a witness to keep the witness from testifying, according to New Jersey authorities.
Greivin Estrada, 27, of the 4700 block of Chestnut Hill Road in Upper Saucon Township, is to serve 15 years in state prison under a plea agreement, the Warren County Prosecutor's Office announced Tuesday. He faced up to 20 years if he had been tried and convicted.
Estrada on Monday pleaded guilty to charges including aggravated sexual assault, drug possession and witness tampering, the prosecutor's office said in a news release.
According to previous reports, Estrada assaulted the girl, who was known to him, on Dec. 31, 2013, in Phillipsburg. Later that day, police stopped him and found between a half-ounce and five ounces of cocaine.
This summer, Estrada was charged with witness tampering after offering a paid-for trip to a foreign country so she wouldn't be available to testify against him.

Estrada is in the Warren County jail as he awaits sentencing, scheduled for Oct. 28.
Under the plea, he will be required to serve at least 12 years and nine months in prison, and will be subject to a lifetime of parole supervision and a restraining order, must register under Megan's Law and must undergo a psychiatric examination, the prosecutor's office said.
