Does it involve riverfront access? A boardwalk? A gateway?
Through an online survey (accessible here), the town is looking for input from residents as it formulates redevelopment plans for the area along the Delaware River between the bridges to Pennsylvania.
Mayor Stephen Ellis, in a Facebook post, said the town procured a grant from the New Jersey Highlands Council to explore redevelopment options.
"As a part of this planning," he said, "it is important for all residents to provide input about what they would like to see."
In a presentation last month for the town land use board, the mayor described objectives for riverfront development, including the creation of new residential neighborhoods to provide an economic boost to local businesses.
The town presented a riverfront development plan to the Highlands Council in 2013.
