A Warren County man is accused of sexually touching an incapacitated woman and taking pictures of her half-naked body.
Frederick Fulper (Courtesy photo)Frederick J. Fulper, 36, of the 3200 block of Belvedere Road in Harmony Township, was charged this week with sexual assault, criminal sexual contact and invasion of privacy.
The victim found the images and reported them to New Jersey State Police on Sunday, said Sgt. Jeff Flynn. Other details, such as when the photos were taken, could not be disclosed due to the ongoing investigation.
Fulper and the victim know each other, according to the criminal complaint filed at state Superior Court in Belvedere. Her identity is being withheld by lehighvalleylive.com due to the nature of the charges.
Fulper is free after posting $50,000 bail, online records indicated Friday. He could not be reached for comment.
