The pedestrian was hurt in the crash, police said.
A female driver who allegedly struck a pedestrian in Warren County is facing drunken-driving charges.
Ronda McCurdy, 50, of Allentown, at 12:54 p.m. on Oct. 30 was driving in the first block of Youmans Avenue in Washington Borough when she allegedly hit the male pedestrian.
Police said she knew the man who was struck; it's unclear where he was standing when the car hit him.
Police said the pedestrian, whom they did not identify, was taken to St. Luke's Hospital in Phillipsburg with undisclosed injuries. McCurdy refused to take a breath test, police said.
She was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit a breath test and careless driving. Also responding to the call were the Washington Emergency Squad and paramedics with Hunterdon Medical Center in Raritan Township.
