The collision occurred about 5:20 p.m. Friday at the Dumont Road intersection in Greenwich Township.
A motorcyclist was injured Friday night in a crash with a car on Route 519 in Greenwich Township.
It happened just before 5:20 p.m. at the Dumont Road intersection.
The motorcycle operator's name wasn't immediately available. He wore a helmet and was helped to his feet before being placed by rescuers on a stretcher.
He was taken by Greenwich Rescue Squad to Warren Hospital.
The driver of the other vehicle involved, a Dodge Charger, wasn't injured, according to a witness account at the scene.
Northbound Route 519 was closed from Stryker to Dumont roads as Greenwich Township police investigated and crews cleaned up the wreckage.
Besides township police, responding to the call were Lopatcong Township police, the Greenwich Rescue Squad, Stewartsville Fire Department and paramedics from Hunterdon Medical Center.
