The New Jersey program teaches students ways to be respectful of school and more.
The first week of October is designated as Week of Respect by the state of New Jersey. Schools around the state take this week to review with their students ways to be respectful to their school, environment, others, and themselves and character education.
Knowlton Township Elementary School participated in theme days and other activities to support the Week of Respect, which is the first week of October. Students cleaned their classrooms, participated in yoga and identified a character trait that best identifies them.
