The licenses allegedly all had their photos, but different names and numbers.
Two men from Bergen County had many more names, according to police in Warren County.
Mansfield Township officers responding to a report of suspicious activity found the pair -- identified as 29-year-old Mikheil Gogiashvili, of Garfield, and 40-year-old Giorgi Kokuashvili, of Wallington -- parked Saturday afternoon outside a local Home Depot, according to a news release.
With them, authorities allegedly found 11 Maryland drivers licenses -- nine with Kokuashvili's photo, two with Gogiashvili's and all with different names and numbers -- along with 20 hardware store gift cards, 19 new and used folds of heroin and three needles.

All of the gift cards were from different stores, including one obtained from the Mansfield Home Depot with one of the fake IDs, police said.
Both are charged with possessing drugs, paraphernalia and false documents, with an additional count of theft for Kokuashvili.
The pair were released pending a court appearance, police said.
