A teen arts festival in Sussex County has been postponed
NEWTON -- A late-winter nor'easter threatening to dump up to 18 inches of snow in New Jersey is already altering plans.
Sussex County Community College is postponing from Tuesday to Thursday the college's Teen Arts Festival.
More than 1,400 seventh through 12th graders are expected at the day-long festival.
While the forecast in N.J. may yet change, the northwestern part of the state is expected to take the heaviest hit from the anticipated nor'easter.
Sussex County is bracing for up to 18 inches of snow, with even higher amounts possible in elevated areas.
