The drunken driver also struck posts in a construction zone, police said.
A zig-zagging vehicle along Route 57 into oncoming traffic led to drunken driving charges against the driver.
Charged was Anna Riccardi, 56, of Mansfield Township.
Township police at 6:06 p.m. March 26 were called to Route 57 and Port Murray Road. Riccardi's vehicle left the highway and struck a bunch of posts secured by a construction sign, police said.
A witness reported seeing the car "zig zagging" into oncoming traffic just prior to the crash. Riccardi was arrested after the accident.
She was charged with drunken driving, failure to maintain lanes and careless driving. She was released to another adult, pending a court appearance.
