Ike, whose last known address was in the 400 block of Route 94 in Knowlton Township, is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and 150 pounds with hazel eyes and red hair.
The prosecutor's office asks anyone with information about Ike to contact investigators via a tip line at 908-475-6643, the fugitive unit at 908-475-6272 or via fugitive@co.warren.nj.us.
