A New Jersey man allegedly climbed 10 feet up a tree to urinate off a limb.
Charged is Jose Amaya-Cantarero, 31, of Morristown.
Hackettstown police at 11:51 a.m. Tuesday found Amaya-Cantarero allegedly in a tree in the parking lot of Hackettstown High School, 599 Warren St., and ordered him down.

Police said a portable restroom was available about 20 feet away from the tree. Amaya-Cantarero told an officer he didn't want to wait to use the restroom and it was occupied, police said.
However, police said the officer didn't see anyone enter or leave the facility. Amaya-Cantarero was charged with indecent exposure and released pending a court appearance.
