She was sent to Warren County jail in lieu of $5,000 bail, police said.
A Hackettstown woman allegedly became combative with an officer when he showed up to arrest her on a county warrant.
A Hackettstown police officer at 2:43 p.m. Sunday showed up at the home of Lisa Visco, 46, in the 100 block of Peter Drive. Police say Visco was wanted by the Warren County Prosecutor's Office for the illegal use of credit cards.
As the officer attempted to place Visco under arrest, police say she refused to put her hands behind her back and pulled away from the officer. The officer had to use force to handcuff Visco.
Visco is charged with hindering and disorderly conduct. She was turned over to the Warren County Sheriff's Department and is being held at the Warren County jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
