You can view their creations at a screening event at Centenary College later this year.

Six Warren Hills Regional High School Film Design students were the first place winners of the third annual Rowan University Radio, Television and Film Media Festival.

Junior Corinne Antonelli's animated film, "Small Fry" was named "Best High School Film" at this year's festival. Her film follows the life of one "small" man on his journey to be with a girl he loves. Antonelli creates both live action and animated films. This is her second animated short to win top honors at various film festivals throughout the state and internationally.

She plans to attend Savannah College of Art and Design and work for Disney or Dreamworks Animation.

The best high school New Media Project was awarded to juniors Holly Grobholz and Ann Marie Ciulla for their film, "Hue" which is about a girl who tries to find some color in the grey-toned existence called life. The work of Warren Hills students, Marc Anazco, Cassidy Duncan and Anna Osadtsia were among those who received Honorable Mention for their films at the festival.

The Rowan University Film Fest is not the only festival where Warren Hills Regional High School students are screening their work. Students in the Film Design program will be attending the Montclair, Stockton State, Ocean County Library, Kent Place and Princeton Film Festivals later this year.

The public will have the opportunity to see many of these films from the Warren Hills Film Design program at the 7th Annual Warren Hills Regional High School Film Festival, which will take place at Centenary College's 500-seat Sitnik Theater in the David and Carol Lackland Center later this year. Admission is free and open to the public.
