Washington Township, Warren County police arrested four people during an incident at Heritage Manor, including a woman told previously not to return to the apartment complex.
A woman banned from entering an Oxford Township apartment complex is facing a defiant trespass charge after police allegedly found her hiding in a shower.
Washington Township, Warren County police shortly before 8:30 p.m. March 9 responded to the Heritage Manor on Pine Street for a report of an unwanted visitor.
Police say they found Theresa Wilson, 48, hiding in the shower at one of the homes. Wilson was previously told not to enter Heritage Manor, according to police.
Wilson was arrested and charged with defiant trespass, hindering apprehension, resisting arrest and violating a township ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was taken to Warren County Jail in lieu of $1,500 bail.
Also arrested were Gregory Tucker, 25, of Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania; Debra Kanach, 61, of Oxford Township; and William Zimmerman, 58, of Oxford Township.
Tucker and Kanach were charged with hindering apprehension and violating a township ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. They were processed and released with mandatory court dates.

Zimmerman is charged with hindering apprehension, disorderly conduct and violating a township ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He is being held at the Warren County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
