A man who caught the attention of officers dragging a chair down a Washington Borough street was charged with marijuana possession.

The officer stopped Cornish and he was found in possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, Washington Township, Warren County police said.
Cornish was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and violating a borough ordinance of maintaining a nuisance.

He was processed and released pending a court date.
