The man was suspected to be living out of his vehicle, police said.
Mansfield Township police say a man suspected of living out of his vehicle was found with heroin and other drugs.
Officers were dispatched at 4:25 p.m. July 10 to the Wal-Mart Supercenter parking lot, 1169 S. Main St. They found Anthony D. Cherichella, 36, of Hope Township, parked inside his vehicle.
Police charged Cherichella with possession of heroin, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled dangerous substances in a motor vehicle.
Cherichella was later released pending a court date.
