The crash limited travel for more than an hour on Stewartsville Road.
A man traveling with his dog early Wednesday morning was injured when the car smashed into a bridge on Stewartsville Road in Franklin Township, Warren County.
The crash happened just before 5 a.m. on a curve about six-tenths of a mile from Route 57.

The eastbound Volvo S80 struck the concrete bridge structure the leads to a metal railing on the right side of the road.
The man was taken for treatment to St. Luke's Hospital in Phillipsburg. The dog did not appear to be hurt and was cared for, according to a witness account.
The road was reduced to a single lane for more than an hour. It fully reopened at 6:10 a.m.
Responding to the call were New Jersey State Police from the Washington barracks, the township fire and rescue operations and paramedics from Hunterdon Medical Center.
