Kenneth Johnson, 35, was previously convicted of robbery and aggravated assault.
A fugitive from Pennsylvania previously convicted of robbery and aggravated assault was arrested Tuesday evening in Warren County, according to New Jersey State Police.
Kenneth Johnson, 35, was taken into custody at his Bullman Street home in Phillipsburg, state police announced in a Facebook post with the hashtag #WarrantWednesday.
Johnson, in custody at the county jail and awaiting extradition, was wanted for violating parole on his previous convictions, state police said.
The state police fugitive unit and U.S. Marshals earned another hashtag -- #Attaboy -- for their investigation, which sometimes can last months, the post said.
"Oh, we could tell you stories," state police wrote, "but we won't, not today at least."
