Scooter snarl: Motorized bike disrupts traffic at busy intersection

Police said the scooter was obstructing traffic.

A man operating a motorized scooter snarled traffic during rush hour at a busy Warren County intersection, police said.

Cited was Craig Fabian, 30, of Washington.

Washington Township police said they found Fabian on the scooter just before 6 p.m. Jan. 13 at South Lincoln Avenue and Monroe Street in Washington Borough. Police said the scooter was obstructing traffic.

Fabian was charged for maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released.
