The man grabbed breakfast items and walked out the store without paying, police said.
A 59-year-old New Jersey man accused in November of grabbing breakfast and leaving a Hackettstown convenience store without paying was nabbed in a traffic stop.
Charged is Brian Garrigan, of Independence Township.
Garrigan just after 9:30 a.m. Tuesday was traveling in a blue Chevy along Washington Street. An officer recognized him as the alleged thief in the November shoplifting incident and stopped him.

Police said Garrigan at 8:51 a.m. Nov. 27 entered the QuickChek, 80 Route 46, grabbed two coffees and a cinnamon twist, value at nearly $6, and walked out.
He was charged and released, pending a court appearance.
