The driver also parked diagonally inside a handicapped parking space, police said.
Mansfield Township police arrested a drunken driver they say parked on a diagonal inside a handicapped parking space, partially blocking entry into a Bottle King store.
Charged is Krzysztof Skolimowski, 61, of Mansfield.
An officer at 8:05 p.m. May 6 then watched Skolimowski get out and stagger into the store. He was stopped before he got back inside his car and was unable to perform sobriety tests, according to police.
Skolimowski was then taken into custody. He is charged with drunken driving, reckless driving and parking in a handicapped space. He was released pending a court appearance.
