A New Jersey teen is accused of possessing ecstasy during a traffic stop.
Mansfield Township police shortly after 1 a.m. May 10 stopped Benjamin D. McKenna, 19, of Whippany for allegedly failing to dim headlights. An officer determined McKenna was under the influence of a controlled substance and asked him to step out of the car several times, in which he refused, police said.
