Woman caused a scene at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center because her husband failed to pick her up to make chili for a Halloween party, police say.
A woman who allegedly began shouting at a hospital because she was not home to make chili for Halloween was charged with disorderly conduct.
Eileen Kuck, 58, of Mansfield Township, shortly after 9 a.m. Saturday was in the emergency department at Hackettstown Regional Medical Center and began cursing because her husband was not picking her up in time to make chili for a Halloween party, police say.
Hackettstown officers were dispatched to the hospital, 651 Willow Grove St., for a report of an intoxicated woman causing a scene.
Officers advised Kuck to stop yelling and they left the hospital. However, before officers vacated the parking lot, they were flagged down by a nurse who stated Kuck was being disruptive again, police say.
Officers advised Kuck that if police had to respond back, she would receive a summons for disorderly conduct. At 10:24 a.m. and at 11:18 a.m., police were dispatched back to the hospital for Kuck allegedly yelling and cursing again.
Kuck was charged with disorderly conduct for both occurrences and released pending a court appearance.
