Burke was temporarily trapped in her vehicle, but Kaufmann said he didn't have information on any medical treatment.

He said he didn't know if the occupants of the first vehicle Burke hit were treated for injuries.

Burke was issued a traffic citation, Kaufmann said.

The investigation of the crash is complete, he said.
