Police said the incident happened Tuesday outside a Hackettstown tavern.
A 30-year-old Long Valley man has been charged with disorderly conduct after police say he urinated in an Irish pub parking lot.

Police issued Smith a summons for disorderly conduct and he was released pending a court appearance.
